Having a problem getting a customer to the Run command? Try this.
Have the customer hold down the "Windows" key and then press the letter R and it will bring up the Run box. This is helpful when doing a Ping test, and when running Tapiini.exe! If you want to get a DOS screen to do a ping test with bring up the run box and type in COMMAND then when the DOS screen comes up type in CD.. and that will get you to the windows folder. Now just type in ping and the address you wish to ping. To get IP addresses to ping you can use the IP tool over in the useful links section. It is helpful to use the IP address corresponding to the same web address that you pinged.
