• The URL for the tool is http://supportservices.msn.com/us/smtptool
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen click CONTINUE
  • Sign into passport if necessary
  • Click Continue and answer YES if asked to accept download
  • That should set up the account
  • Don't forget to remove the account that was not working from OE first
